About Our Support Worker Role
We are seeking dedicated and passionate professionals to join our Aged Care Team as Support Workers.
The ideal candidate will have experience in delivering exceptional care and support to clients, enhancing their independence and promoting participation in their own care.
* Key responsibilities include providing personal care tasks such as showering, grooming, toileting etc.
* Supporting with medication management, meal preparation, domestic assistance and social support in the community.
Travel from home to home is an essential aspect of this role, following a digital schedule and care plan via a mobile app.
Employee Benefits
$36.85 per hour + superannuation contributions
A travel allowance of $1.03 per kilometre is also provided.
Additionally, staff are equipped with a mobile phone for work purposes.
An attractive annual leave package includes 17.5% loading and excess leave cash out options.
A minimum of four weeks' annual leave is offered, with the ability to purchase up to four additional weeks per year.
