Key Responsibilities:
* Manage office operations, including facility management and contributing to a positive company culture
* Assist the commercial manager with job-related tasks
* Prepare communications, emails, invoices, reports, and other correspondence
* Manage IT systems, Asset, and other registers
* Resolve IT issues with support from internal and external IT providers
* Oversee employee timesheet submission process
* Organise job accommodation and company social events
* Onboard new staff members
* Process documents and enter data accurately
* Support accounts payable (AP) tasks as required
