Job Title: Culinary Operations Director
Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Operations Director to lead our Food and Beverage Division. As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for driving the success of our culinary operations, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction, and maximizing revenue and profitability.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales growth, improve profit margins, and enhance guest satisfaction.
* Lead and manage a high-performing team of chefs, sous chefs, and other culinary staff to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
* Collaborate with department heads to develop and implement menu offerings, pricing strategies, and promotions.
* Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency across all outlets.
* Analyze sales data and market trends to inform business decisions and optimize operational efficiency.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A minimum of 5-7 years of progressive management experience in hotels, restaurants, and bars.
* A degree or diploma from a recognized hotel and restaurant management program.
* Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing team.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed business decisions.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
* Familiarity with labor management systems, such as Watson, and the ability to use data to inform staffing decisions.
* A creative and innovative approach to menu development, marketing, and promotion.
