**Position Overview**:
As a Business Development Representative, you will play a pivotal role in our company's growth and success by identifying and cultivating new business opportunities. You will be responsible for researching potential clients, building relationships, and promoting our products/services to drive revenue growth.
**Duties**:
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industries for business expansion.
- Qualify and nurture leads through effective communication and relationship-building techniques.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns.
- Schedule and conduct product presentations and demonstrations for potential clients.
- Track and manage leads using software to ensure accurate reporting and follow-up.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and refine the business development strategy.

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.

**Salary**: $49,094.89 - $100,797.84 per year
