About the Role
As part of our Class Actions and Dispute Resolution teams, you will:
• Work on complex and socially significant class actions across Australia and New Zealand, including matters against Tesla, Johnson & Johnson, BHP Group, Rio Tinto and State and Commonwealth governments.
• Collaborate closely with senior partners and directors, gaining direct mentorship
• Contribute to strategy, drafting, case management and client engagement
• Prepare court documents, legal analysis, and precedent resources
• Support team training, internal systems, and quality assurance initiatives
You will be recognised for your contribution and supported to grow technically and professionally in a collaborative and flexible work environment.
What You'll Bring
We are looking for a lawyer with:
• 1–3 years' post-admission experience, ideally in litigation
• Strong written, oral and interpersonal communication skills
• Attention to detail, analytical rigour and commercial awareness
• A client-first mindset focused on client outcomes and a genuine passion for legal and social outcomes
• The ability to manage competing deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
• A collaborative approach and willingness to support and mentor others
