Facilities Management Position
This position involves providing essential facility management services across various sites. In conjunction with our Defence project, we have the expertise and experience to deliver exceptional facilities management services.
The role is focused on maintaining the grounds of single persons accommodation to a high standard and performing general light repairs and maintenance across the village.
* Garden care including spray/whipper snipper/mowing
* Operating general maintenance and grounds equipment
* Maintaining communal and accommodation areas.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements
Qualifications and Skills:
* Previous Grounds experience
* Physically fit, fun and able
* Good communication skills with a flexible approach
* Strong focus on safety and attention to detail.
