An exciting opportunity exists to join a large QLD State Government program as an Organisational Change Manager. This role will support enterprise wide ICT initiatives within Governance, Cyber and Policy, working as part of the Organisational Change Services team.
You'll play a key role in shaping change strategies and ensuring successful adoption of major technology transformation projects, including the Managed Operating Environment (MOE) Modernisation Project, which is transitioning to a cloud-based platform to deliver modern, streamlined access for staff and students across Queensland.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the development, implementation, and review of organisational change initiatives to achieve program objectives.
* Partner with program managers, senior leaders and business executives to align change strategies with desired outcomes.
* Develop and oversee organisational change plans including benefits realisation, communications, training and business transition.
* Consult and engage with senior stakeholders to drive adoption and embed change.
* Provide reporting, evaluation and lessons learned on change effectiveness.
* Contribute to uplift of organisational change capability, frameworks, and tools across the team.
About You
* Strong experience delivering organisational change management in large, complex and politically sensitive environments.
* Demonstrated capability leading ICT enabled transformation using recognised change methodologies.
* Exceptional stakeholder engagement, consultation and influencing skills.
* Strong written and verbal communication with the ability to prepare reports, briefs and recommendations at senior levels.
* Change management certification (e.g. Prosci) is mandatory.
Contract Details & Benefits
* Contract dates: 15th September th February 2026
* Part time contract: 20 hours per week
