We currently have an opportunity to join our Client Partnership team in Sydney as a Client Executive. This team works with our key travel clients. This role will be supporting advertising solutions for our clients, by assisting with bookings, media plans, competitive reports and more. You will have the chance to assist in developing bespoke proposals for agencies and clients, undertake market research, monitor digital and integrated campaigns and assist with administrative tasks, all while building strong internal and external relationships. You will also be expected to assist the Client Partner by supporting the planning and execution of sales initiatives aimed at major accounts.
Key Responsibilities
1. Work closely with the Client Partner to develop comprehensive sales strategies tailored to their portfolio.
2. Serve as a contact for clients when needed, addressing inquiries, concerns and issues, ensuring client satisfaction.
3. Monitor sales performance and progress against targets and take proactive measures to address any deviations or obstacles.
4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system, including client contact information, opportunities, sales activities and communication history.
5. Contribute to a high performance environment and act with clarity on strategy, objectives and deliverables.
6. Assist the Client Partner in identifying and developing tailored solutions to address client needs and challenges.
7. Support the delivery of high-quality outputs across client brief responses, including presentations (Google Slides) and client schedules (Google Sheets).
8. Maintain positive relationships and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
Who are you?
1. Strong communication, verbal and written skills.
2. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure, multitask and manage competing priorities.
3. Strong attention to detail.
4. Understanding of sales principles & ability to deliver excellent customer service.
5. Adaptability to changing environments (new selling solutions, products, ways of working).
6. Previous media and/or marketing experience is desirable.
7. Experience in Salesforce is desirable.
