Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail‐oriented Project Administrator to support the delivery of Roads & Highways projects within a leading global consultancy. In this role, you'll work closely with Project Managers and technical teams to ensure projects run smoothly, supporting coordination, documentation, and reporting across the project lifecycle. You will also gain exposure to project controls activities—including cost tracking, reporting, and scheduling support—and support bid preparation for upcoming opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide day‐to‐day administrative support to Project Managers and project teams.
* Assist with the preparation and formatting of reports, presentations, and client deliverables.
* Maintain project documentation and ensure records are accurate and up to date.
* Support project financial administration, including processing invoices and tracking cost information.
* Assist with maintaining project trackers, dashboards, and reports.
* Contribute to month‐end reporting activities and data updates.
* Support compliance with internal systems, processes, and governance requirements.
* Assist with bid and tender submissions through document coordination and formatting.
* Provide general coordination support across multiple projects as required.
About You
* Up to 10 years experience in administration, project coordination, or a similar support role.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage documentation and information effectively.
* Excellent organisational and time‐management skills, with the ability to support multiple tasks.
* Confidence using Microsoft Office (particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
* Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with teams.
* Willingness to learn and develop exposure to project reporting, cost tracking, or scheduling.
* Proactive attitude and ability to take initiative in a team environment.
Desirable
* Exposure to project‐based environments (engineering, construction, or consulting).
* Basic understanding of project financials or reporting.
* Interest in tools such as MS Project, Primavera P6, or similar systems.
