About the role
Scents The Perfume Specialists Ocean Keys is seeking an experienced and passionate Store Manager to join our team in Clarkson, Perth WA.
As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
What you'll be doing
* Manage and lead a team of sales associates, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback
* Ensure the store maintains high standards of visual merchandising and product presentation
* Implement effective inventory management strategies to optimise stock levels and minimise losses
* Analyse sales data and customer trends to develop and execute targeted marketing and promotional activities
* Foster a positive and engaging store environment that encourages customer loyalty and repeat business
* Liaise with the head office team to support the overall business objectives and strategic initiatives
* Maintain compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and legal requirements
What we're looking for
* Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably within the beauty or luxury goods industry
* Fragrance industry experience is required for this position
* Experience in any retail management role is acceptable
* Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team, with a focus on developing staff and driving high performance
* Experience managing teams of 2-3 people is required
* Strong commercial acumen and an understanding of data-driven decision-making
* Excellent customer service skills and a passion for providing exceptional shopping experiences
* Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
* Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required
* Australian work rights are required for this position
