About our Chance
As a Service Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in our customer service culture that represents our company brand with pride. This role and the team you are a part of is the last touch point for our customers therefore your primary goal is to ensure customer needs are not only met but exceeded while maintaining operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
This is a high volume call centre role, typically your day will involve:
* contacting customers via phone to confirm scheduled installation
* promptly responding to customers' phone enquiries, troubleshooting any issues that arise
* providing after sales support and managing warranty claims
About you
We're looking to leverage your call centre experience, along with your excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You will be a committed team player who contributes to a positive work setting, who is pragmatic in your approach to providing quality customer service. You need to be confident on the phone and enjoy being on the phone as you will contact customers to schedule in installations as well as answer a high volume of calls. We have recently transitioned to SAP, previous exposure would be advantageous.
Work Schedule
Permanent full-time role Monday to Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm.
