Business Growth Position
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to expand our business and deliver long-term value. This role focuses on identifying and securing new strategic opportunities, developing a sales pipeline, understanding customer objectives, and forming lasting relationships.
Main Responsibilities
* Determine and achieve revenue targets through successful new business acquisition
* Maintain an accurate and viable sales pipeline, ensuring consistency with our business goals
* Understand customers' objectives, buying criteria, and decision-making processes to establish long-term partnerships
* Collaborate with the Sales Director to execute sales strategies and plans
* Act as the primary point of contact for allocated customers to ensure exceptional service
* Cooperate with counterparts throughout APAC
Key Requirements
* 3–7 years of proven B2B sales experience in an MSP or local IT industry
* Demonstrated success in mid-market sales (50–500 seats)
* Experience managing the full sales cycle, including prospecting and closing deals, and ability to work independently
* Strong focus on pipeline management and process-driven approach
* Demonstrated achievement of sales quota goals on a consistent basis
* Proven experience generating leads and cultivating professional networks
* Basic technical awareness or vendor certifications helpful but not required
