The IT technician will be responsible for providing technical support to end-users either face-to-face or via phone and remote Agent.
The role is a combination of Office-based (Thornlie, 6108 WA) and Client based On-Site Support work and requires mobility and flexibility.
**Qualifications**
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proven experience (Min 3 Years) in a technical support environment performing fault investigation, triaging, and resolution.
- Experience with desktop support, server support, hardware, network and software installation and troubleshooting
- Experience with supporting a corporate Windows environment (Windows 11, 10 and 7) - triaging, fault diagnostics, root cause analysis (Apple and Linux knowledge useful but not required).
- Office 365 Admin Center and Local Active Directory.
- Software and Hardware diagnostic skills
The Employee must have permanent residency or citizenship (no sponsorship available) and have your own reliable vehicle with an unrestricted license to attend Client's premises.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $34.00 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 - 24 per week
