What you'll do
* Support person‐centred plans that identify a customer's life goals and working to achieve them
* Join customers in the community and do recreational activities
* Support customers in daily living skills such as meal preparation, housekeeping, showering and toileting, medication administration and attending appointments
* Ensure positive behaviour support plans are followed;
* Administration duties and mandatory reporting
What you'll bring
* Well developed interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships;
* Ability to follow Person Centred plans and assist people to achieve their goals and outcomes;
* An understanding and enthusiasm for working alongside people with disabilities;
* A valid drivers licence and willingness to use your private vehicle (aligned with genU motor vehicle allowance rebate).
* Certificate III in Individual Support, Disability or Higher [CHC33021, CHC33015, CHC43121, CHC43115]
