We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Test Analyst to join our team in Perth. As a Senior Test Analyst, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software applications and systems. You will be responsible for designing and executing test plans, analyzing test results, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in our testing processes. This is a full-time position based in Perth, Western Australia.
Responsibilities
* Conduct thorough testing of ERP systems, focusing primarily on Accounting and Asset Management modules.
* Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure thorough coverage of system functionalities.
* Execute test cases and analyze test results to identify defects, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement.
* Collaborate closely with cross‐functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to understand system requirements and ensure alignment of testing efforts.
* Participate in requirement analysis and contribute to the creation of user stories and acceptance criteria.
* Document test procedures, findings, and recommendations in clear and concise reports.
* Assist in the resolution of defects by providing detailed information and collaborating with development teams.
* Stay up‐to‐date with industry best practices, emerging technologies, and trends in ERP systems testing.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Test Analyst, with a focus on testing ERP systems.
* Proven experience in testing Accounting and Asset Management modules within ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
* Strong understanding of testing methodologies, test planning, and test execution.
* Proficiency in creating test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
* Excellent analytical and problem‐solving skills, with keen attention to detail.
* Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross‐functional teams and stakeholders.
* Experience with remote work and proficiency in remote collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
* Relevant certifications (e.g., ISTQB certification) are a plus.
