About Kawana Private Hospital
Kawana Private Hospital is an accredited multi-disciplinary hospital that provides four operating theatres to offer a broad range of surgical services for all patients. Our modern surgical facility includes a ward for patients who require a longer stay to recover. We ensure best practice standards through continuous improvement and regular staff education and prioritise a positive work/ life balance for all staff. The facility is open Monday to Friday and hours may vary.
We are seeking experienced registered nurse to join our team on a permanent part time basis. The role available is for an Anaesthetic Nurse (RN/EN).
To be successful in your application for this position, you will have:
* Previous experience in Anaesthetics
* Knowledge of and adherence to safe work practices
* The ability to work within a multi-disciplinary team
* An enthusiastic approach in the delivery of a high standard of nursing care
* Demonstrated commitment to the Nursing and Midwifery Professional Standards, Code of Ethics and Code of Professional Conduct and other relevant professional standards such as ACORN
* Able to work the occasional weekend
Essential criteria
* Current AHPRA nursing registration for Nursing applicants
* Minimum of 2 years clinical experience
