We're looking for a dedicated Practice Manager to join our well‐established and highly regarded team in Tamworth!
You will be initially sharing the role with an experienced manager to help you navigate the ropes of leading a large team that delivers both small‐animal general practice and referral case loads.
As a vital member of our leadership team, you'll take on a varied and rewarding role that includes:
* Overseeing clinic workflow and ensuring smooth day‐to‐day operations
* Leading, mentoring, and inspiring a large, diverse team of veterinary professionals
* Coordinating rosters and processing payroll
* Managing recruitment, onboarding, and providing ongoing staff support
* Handling reception and administration responsibilities
* Supporting our after‐hours and on‐call service coordination
We're seeking someone with:
* Proven leadership experience and a passion for team development
* Strong organisational and time‐management skills
* Confidence in leading within a high‐paced, multifaceted environment
* A collaborative and proactive mindset
* Excellent communication and problem‐solving abilities
* Tech‐savviness (Rx Works experience a bonus!)
* A solid understanding of clinic operations and business management
* Industry knowledge would be an advantage
