**Job Title:** Change Manager - Training Specialist
The role of a change manager/training specialist is multifaceted, requiring a human-centered approach to drive execution of change management across teams. This includes facilitating stakeholder collaboration and working across hybrid delivery models.
Key responsibilities include:
* Working with the project management team and transition team to deliver robust strategically aligned change plans and actions.
* Engaging and communicating across the business with stakeholder engagement and management skills.
* Delivering objectives within a fast-paced high dynamic environment.
* Maintaining process documentation and periodic process guide reviews.
* Ensuring corporate standards brand management and values are upheld and incorporated in all learning and development activities.
**Essential Requirements:**
* Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
* 3 years of experience in change management with a background in IT service management.
* Clear understanding of a design-centered approach to change management and training.
* Demonstrated coaching and training skills.
* Experience in design development and implementation of change activities.
* Capability of working across both strategic and operational levels.
* Experience working in an agile environment.
As a change manager/training specialist, you will work closely with stakeholders to co-define and co-design suitable means to ensure capability transition from industry. You will develop and implement specified training to meet assessed needs and apply a human-centered design approach.
