As our Innovation Coordinator, you'll play a key role in driving our new product and packaging pipeline forward. You'll do this by taking ownership of smaller customer‐led initiatives, developing and refining customer presentations and acting as a customer‐facing technical subject matter expert, providing clear, accurate and timely support. Alongside this, you'll coordinate sustainable packaging trials, track trial outcomes and translate insights into recommendations that support commercial and supply chain decisions.
You'll also manage the systems and data that keep our innovation engine running smoothly, ensuring our product information, compliance frameworks, and technical documentation are accurate, up to date, and ready to support customer needs.
About you
You thrive in a fast‐paced environment, delivering high‐quality customer service while building trusted relationships across the business. You're highly organised, adaptable, and a strong team player. Coffee experience is a bonus, but not essential.
You'll also bring:
* A degree in Food Science or a related discipline
* Experience in new product development, ideally within FMCG
* Strong communication skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy
* The ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders
* A proactive mindset and the confidence to show initiative
