We're Garrison. A fine-dining restaurant in the heart of Western Australia's stunning Great Southern. Our venue is refined but relaxed, serious about food but never stuffy. We're now on the hunt for a driven, personable, and hands-on Front-of-House Manager to help lead our team and deliver the exceptional experience our guests have come to expect. This role is for someone ready to stay a while. We're after long-term commitment — someone who wants to be part of our story and grow with us.
What you'll be doing:
* Running the show — day-to-day floor operations, rostering, ordering, stock
* Training and mentoring front-of-house staff
* Bringing energy, confidence and next-level customer service
* Getting creative — if you've got flair for social media, events or promotions, we want to hear about it
What we're looking for:
* Solid experience in a similar management role
* Leadership with a calm head and sharp eye for detail
* Someone who lives and breathes hospitality — you know great service

Pay: $70,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
