About You
">
* A minimum of three years' cumulative chef experience working in a remote village environment is required.
* You must have strong experience supervising and managing a team of chefs to deliver a smooth service.
* Certificate III/IV in Commercial Cookery or Trade certificate is essential.

Requirements

* You must have a valid Manual Driver's Licence (Class C).
* Able to work night shifts where required.
* Strong leadership experience and understanding of working between Head Chefs and Line Chefs.
