The Role
As Wholesale Manager, you'll be responsible for managing and growing Hommey's wholesale partnerships across Australia, the US and international markets. You'll work closely with the COO and CEO on channel strategy and be the day-to-day point of contact for wholesale accounts.
Day to day, you'll be:
* Managing and growing wholesale partnerships across Australia, the US and international markets
* Contributing to channel strategy discussions alongside the COO and CEO
* Identifying and pursuing new account opportunities with a proactive pipeline approach
* Managing pricing, MOQs, payment terms and margin targets to keep the channel profitable
* Preparing sales presentations, lookbooks and partner materials that reflect the Hommey brand
* Planning and executing trade fair activations that generate real commercial outcomes
* Coordinating order processing and inventory allocation with the operations team
* Reporting on channel performance with a genuine understanding of the commercial drivers behind the numbers
* This is a role where you'll have real day-to-day responsibility and plenty of variety, working across accounts, strategy, trade activations and commercial reporting.
Who We're Looking For
You're the right person if you:
* Have 4+ years in wholesale, B2B sales or account management within homewares, lifestyle, fashion or adjacent premium consumer categories
* Have experience growing accounts or a channel, not just maintaining the status quo
* Can represent a brand with confidence and articulate product and brand stories in a way that lands with buyers
* Are highly organised and comfortable managing multiple partners, deadlines and commercial variables at once
* Are proficient with ERP, OMS and CRM platforms and know how to use data to manage a channel at scale
* Are self-motivated and comfortable managing your own workload and priorities
* Experience across both Australian and US markets, existing retailer or distributor relationships in the homewares or lifestyle space, and familiarity with Shopify B2B or trade show activations will all be well regarded.
