Job Description
Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email.Process orders, update customer details, and maintain accurate records.Assist with general administration including filing and data entry.Provide timely and friendly service to both new and existing customers.Work collaboratively with internal teams to support workflow and resolve issues.
The Successful Applicant
Previous experience in customer service or an administrative support role.Strong communication skills with a helpful and professional approach.Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment.Good computer literacy and experience with CRM or order management systems.Reliable, proactive, and able to step in quickly with minimal training.Experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) is highly regarded.
