**Key Responsibilities include**:
- Demonstrate competent knowledge, expertise and skill in the provision of Social Work services commensurate with level of experience in accordance with prescribed professional and ethical standards, existing evidence-based practice and established clinical protocols.
- Participate in quality and service improvement activities to continually improve patient/client care, including the development of clinical practices, procedures and protocols within the work environment.
- Develop clinical practice knowledge and expertise through active learning within the Social Work Service and the multi-disciplinary team, as well as engaging in professional development activities to ensure maintenance of relevant registration and /or professional membership.
