EOI - Manager, Human Resources - Office of the Assistant Director-General

Description

As the Manager, Human Resources you will lead and manage the coordination of the office, ensuring consistency with departmental strategy, commitments, and goals.

This temporary vacancy is open to Expressions of Interest. Any extensions to this appointment will not exceed 12 months.

About The Role:

* You will be responsible for providing high-quality written and oral advice on complex issues including the preparation of complex reports, briefings, submissions, and other communication on a range of strategic and operational issues relating to school resourcing and related initiatives and projects.
* You will undertake risk identification, assessment, and management, recommending best practice strategies to minimise risk exposure and maximise opportunities.
* You will develop and manage a governance framework ensuring a defined approach to policies, processes, functions, and responsibilities, ensuring accountability for activity completion, stakeholder engagement, and appropriate allocation of resources.
* You will provide management expertise to staff to ensure that activities are aligned to strategic and business performance objectives.
* You will establish effective partnerships to ensure strong commitment to implementation of objectives within agreed timelines and budget.
