Industrial tool supplier based in Lilydale is looking to employ a Trades / shop assistant to work out of their headquarters / warehouse
**Your new role**
- Servicing customers in the trade shop
- Lots of nuts and bolts enquiries
- Assist the warehouse team with any duties they may have
- Potential to transition into a sales rep role
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Excellent customer service skills on phone and in person
- Polite and professional phone manner
- Knowledge of fasteners and industrial supplies (able to learn fast)
- Very valuable with numbers
- Work well with sales reps
- Solid computer skills and able to learn new systems
**What you'll get in return**
- Up to 65k + super per year!
- Mon to grid 8am - 5pm
