As a Planning Manager, you will be responsible for managing the planning process and personnel and their activities across the project. What you'll do The role responsibilities include: Manage the Planning Team to deliver a complete Planning/Scheduling service to the project. Supervise and direct all activities of the Planning Focal Point and the Planning Engineers. Prepare weekly /monthly reports as required, and analyse contractors' reports. Liaise with the Engineering Manager, Construction Manager, Operations Development and Asset Focal Points to ensure the planning process accurately reflects the work scopes and requirements of the managers. Liaise with the Management Team on all relevant cost and planning issue. Prepare regular status reports and forecasts for project management and client review. Supervise and develop other planning and specialist support staff at home and/or field office locations. Maintain the current and baseline schedule, analyse the effect of proposed changes and maintain the baseline change control authorisation process. What you'll have Demonstrated experience as a Planning Manager. Experience in Mining, Minerals & Metals industry. Experience with EPCM projects. Able and willing to frequently travel between Australia & UK. Experience in Planning software like Primavera, MS Project. Why you should apply Flexible work arrangements.
