Hands-on kitchen leadership across lunch, dinner, and small function service Coordinating daily prep, staff scheduling, ordering, and supplier management Managing food safety, quality, and kitchen presentation standards Collaborating on weekly specials and integrating production kitchen components Working across Teams and other digital systems for communication and reporting Mentoring a multicultural team of chefs, cooks, and casuals You’ll Bring
Proven leadership experience — or be ready to
