Job Title: Data Entry Clerk
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Data Entry Clerk. In this role, you will be responsible for providing accurate and efficient administrative support to our Disability Team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Answer incoming phone calls on various lines and respond to queries received via email.
* Contact participants to inform them of late cancellations due to staff absences.
* Process referrals by checking eligibility criteria, logging referrals on the client database, and replying to referrers.
* Take self-referrals over the phone and maintain a database of services.
* Compile a monthly summary of referral sources for the Engagement Officer.
* Maintain confidentiality and privacy of client and staff information.
Requirements:
* Working with Children's Check.
* Eligibility to work in Australia.
* Previous experience in an administration or receptionist role.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, including a professional phone manner.
* Treat all people with respect and dignity.
* A proactive and flexible attitude to assisting the team.
* Ability to enter data efficiently and accurately, with high attention to detail.
