Provide Level 2 digital support across regional VIC, delivering advanced technical troubleshooting, system administration, and customer-focused solutions both remotely and onsite.
Overview of our role
As a Level 2 Digital Support Technician based in Benalla VIC, you'll provide advanced technical support across hardware, software, networks, and collaboration tools.
You'll resolve complex issues, perform system maintenance, and work closely with other support teams.
Support is delivered both remotely (phone, chat, video) and onsite at regional offices, requiring regular travel between locations such as Wangaratta.
A company vehicle is provided and you'll manage your schedule across the week.
Full driver's licence required.
Responsibilities
Technical Support & Troubleshooting – Including request fulfillment and remote assistance for technical issues and user education.
Customer Support & Communication – Strong customer service skills and experience in virtual and on-site support.
Enterprise Systems & Tools – Proficiency with ServiceNow, Active Directory, Entra, Intune, SCCM, and related administration tools.
Knowledge Management & Documentation – Maintaining accurate technical documentation and knowledge bases.
Escalation & Advanced Support – Handling complex issues, escalation management, and intermediate-to-advanced enterprise support.
Collaboration & Project Involvement – Working with AV technology and contributing as a technical resource in projects.
Qualifications, Certifications & Skills
Advanced Microsoft Ecosystem Expertise – Windows OS, Office 365, Teams, SharePoint, and related productivity apps.
Enterprise Administration & Management – Active Directory, Entra, Intune, and device lifecycle management.
Networking & Hardware Fundamentals – Troubleshooting hardware failures, network concepts, and protocols.
IT Service Management & Frameworks – ServiceNow ITSM (or equivalent) and ITIL v4 Foundation knowledge.
Collaboration & AV Technologies – Experience with Crestron, Poly, Microsoft Teams Rooms, and field-based applications.
Cybersecurity & Compliance Awareness – IT terminology, security principles, and regulatory standards (e.g., FIRB, SOCI).
