We are seeking a highly skilled Primary Health Registered Nurse to join our dedicated team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in delivering comprehensive nursing care to our patients.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Providing preventative health assessments and chronic disease management
* Delivering immunisations and wound care services
* Offering health education and triage support to patients
You will work closely with General Practitioners, allied health professionals, and the local community to ensure patient-centred, culturally responsive care.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must possess:
* A current Anaphylaxis Certificate
* Nationally Recognised Immunisation Certificate (desired)
* Ability to work independently in a multidisciplinary team
* A commitment to health promotion and community wellbeing
Benefits
This is a full-time position offering a competitive package, including:
* Housing allowance: $13,000 per annum
* $3,000 per annum (singles)
* $6,000 per annum (families)
* Electricity allowance: $1,000 per annum
* Leave loading: 17.5% paid on annual leave
* Annual airfare allowance: $1,000 per annum (after 12 months continuous service)
