The Opportunity
We’re hiring a detail-driven Investment & Client Reporting Manager to join a high-performing global equities manager. This Melbourne based role sits within the distribution team and plays a vital part in supporting client engagement and product communication—without the pressure to shift into a client-facing or investment role.
What you’ll do:
- Respond to inbound client data and information requests, including DDQs, RFPs and consultant databases
- Maintain and update fund collateral including pitch decks and fact sheets
- Coordinate and refine competitor and market analysis
- Work closely with investment, operations and compliance to ensure content accuracy and timeliness
- Uphold high standards of documentation and information integrity
What we're looking for:
- Experience in investment management, ideally as a researcher/asset consultant, inv product, sales support or client service.
- Impeccable attention to detail and robust written communication skills
- A calm, efficient approach to juggling multiple priorities and deadlines
- A genuine interest in investment markets, with no aspirations to pivot into front-office sales or portfolio management. We are looking for someone that can master this high-impact role for the foreseeable future.
What's on offer:
- Circa $140-$160,000 plus super dependant on experience. Bonus will be well above market for an individual that performs.
