Position Overview:
As the psychologist, you will play a vital role in assessing, diagnosing, and treating a diverse range of psychological issues. You will work closely with individuals, families, and groups to develop tailored treatment plans that promote mental well-being and resilience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct individual and group therapy sessions
* Perform psychological assessments and evaluations
* Develop and implement treatment plans based on clients' needs
* Provide ongoing support and monitoring of clients' progress
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
* Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation
* Stay current with the latest research and best practices in psychology
Qualifications:
* Registration as a Psychologist with AHPRA
* Relevant qualifications in Psychology (Master's/Doctorate)
* Experience in clinical practice (preferred but not essential)
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
