Carpentry Supervisor – Gladstone
Do you enjoy leading a tight-knit crew and seeing projects come together from start to finish? AESTEC Services is looking for a hands‐on Carpentry Supervisor to join our team.
This role keeps you close to the action without being on the tools full‐time. You'll guide your team on site, keep projects moving, solve problems as they arise, and build strong relationships with both your crew and our valued clients.

What we're looking for
* 3+ years' supervisory experience in carpentry or civil works
* Cert III in Carpentry (desirable)
* Strong practical construction knowledge across multiple trades
* Yellow 3‐Site MediPass (or willingness to obtain)
* A proactive leader who enjoys mentoring and supporting their crew
