Data services specialist

About the Role


As a Data Services Specialist, you'll provide expert information management support across our organisation. Working closely with the Cloud Productivity Lead, you'll collaborate on initiatives that improve access to data and streamline processes.


Key responsibilities include delivering high-quality user support and training for document management systems, managing archives and libraries, administering security profiles and resolving system issues.



* Significant experience in records or information management is essential

* A strong understanding of electronic systems such as OpenText and SharePoint is required

* Diploma in Records Management is highly desirable but not mandatory
