Operations & Warehouse Manager– Full Time
We are a commercial flooring store that is seeking a reliable, hands-on Operations Coordinator & Warehouse hand to join our growing team.
This is a varied role combining coordination of installation team and warehouse operations. If you’re organised, proactive, and confident managing installers while keeping warehouse operations running smoothly — this could be the perfect fit.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Operations Responsibilities
* Coordinate wage and subcontracted installers
* Schedule jobs and manage daily work allocations
* Schedule deliveries
* Liaise with customers to confirm bookings and timelines
* Manage follow-up works and service requests
* Communicate with installers to ensure smooth job delivery
* Assist with workflow planning to keep projects on track
Warehouse Responsibilities
* Prepare carpet, timber and vinyl orders for installation teams
* Read plans and accurately cut flooring products
* Receive, check, and dispatch stock
* Process orders, invoices, and delivery dockets
* Assist trade customers with product sales
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse
What You’ll Bring:
* Experience in warehousing, logistics, or operations
* Forklift licence (we can assist with this )
* White Card
* Strong organisational and time-management skills
* Confidence communicating with trades and customers
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
* Physical fitness
* General computer experience
