Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and market share.
Oversee the entire sales process, ensuring excellent customer service and compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Manage vehicle inventory, including stock rotation, pricing, and promotional campaigns.
Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.
Maintain robust relationships with customers, finance partners, and manufacturers.
Handle escalated customer issues with professionalism and efficiency.
Stay updated on automotive market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Collaborate with marketing and aftersales teams to maximize dealership performance.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years’ experience in automotive sales
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive setting.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service abilities.
Sound knowledge of vehicle financing, trade-in processes, and dealership operations.
Valid Australian driver’s licence.
Job Type: Full time
Pay: $44,000.00 – $48,000.00 per year
