**About the Role**
- Providing excellent customer service on our bricks and masonry products both in person and over the phone;
- Liaise with customers on product and delivery requirements;
- Maintaining stock levels and preparing customer orders
- Ensuring our Retail yard is safe, presentable and runs smoothly
**Skills and Experience**
To be successful in this role you must have:
- Demonstrated experience in providing customer service excellence
- Ability to work in a busy team environment to meet customer needs
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with the team;
- Current LF forklift ticket with proven experience;
- The ability to work independently within a team environment;
- Excellent communication, organisation and time management skills;
- Strong OHS principals;
- A current driver’s licence
