Recent growth has created opportunities for workers to join their business.Location: Canning ValeRoster: Part time – 3 days a week (8 hours a day)Key ResponsibilitiesProcess invoices and payments accurately and on timeAssist with data entry and account reconciliationsRespond to supplier queries and maintain positive relationshipsSupport month-end closing activitiesEnsure compliance with company policies and proceduresWhat we are looking forExperience in basic spreadsheetsExperience with Pronto is desirable but not essentialStrong attention to detail and accuracyExcellent organisational and time-management skillsAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamStrong communication and interpersonal skillsBasic knowledge of accounting principles (desirable but not essential)Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and OutlookClean Police ClearanceAble to pass Drug and Alcohol testPlease note that due to the nature of this work we cannot accept student VISAs (Subclass 500).
