Quantity Surveyor Job Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Quantity Surveyor. In this role, you will be involved in all aspects of quantity surveying and cost consultancy, managing both pre and post-contract duties.
* Review and understand design consultants' drawings.
* Estimate and plan costs.
* Input into value engineering.
* Perform tender analysis and produce tender reports.
* Conduct cost checks, progress claims, and variation assessments.
* Deal effectively with clients and produce post-contract cost reports.
* Administer contracts and agree final accounts.
To succeed in this role, you will have:
* A minimum of 4 years' postgraduate experience.
* Completed or working towards APC for MRICS or AIQS chartered status.
* Financial monitoring experience.
* Experience using Microsoft Office suite and CostX or similar.
* Strong organisational skills and ability to work flexibly.
* Innovative and adaptable attitude, with professional dedication.
