* Manage and supervise retail staff, including recruitment, training, rostering, and performance monitoring.
* Plan and organise store layout, product displays, and promotional activities to maximise sales and customer engagement.
* Monitor sales performance and develop strategies to achieve revenue targets and improve store profitability.
* Maintain appropriate stock levels by managing purchasing, inventory control, and stock rotation.
* Ensure high standards of customer service by addressing customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
* Oversee pricing of goods and services in line with market trends and business objectives.
* Maintain accurate records of stock, sales transactions, and financial performance.
* Ensure the store complies with workplace health and safety regulations, company policies, and retail industry standards.
* Liaise with suppliers and management to ensure timely delivery of products and efficient store operations.
* Monitor store presentation, cleanliness, and security to maintain a safe and welcoming retail environment.
* Analyse sales reports and operational data to identify opportunities for improving business performance and customer satisfaction.
To be successful in this role, it is essential you have:
* Relevant qualification in Retail Management, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
* At least two years of relevant experience working in a retail supervisory or management role.
* Experience in managing day-to-day retail operations, including staff supervision and inventory control.
* Demonstrated experience in achieving sales targets and improving store performance.
* Experience in handling customer enquiries, complaints, and maintaining high standards of customer service.
* Experience in coordinating staff schedules and ensuring efficient store operations.
