Key Responsibilities:
* Design and deliver innovative teaching programs aligned with curriculums.
* Develop and evaluate curriculum materials, adapting to educational trends and integrating innovative teaching methods.
* Integrate digital tools and resources effectively to engage students and promote digital literacy.
* Contribute to pastoral care programs and promote a positive school culture.
* Act as a Mentor within the House system, providing support and guidance to students in their pastoral care groups.
* Participate in co-curricular activities and initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Demonstrated proficiency in designing and delivering innovative teaching programs.
* Track record of motivating students, particularly boys, in their learning journey.
* Proficiency in leveraging technology as part of the teaching process.
