Details regarding the role
- End to end management of clients social channels and projects as per scope and/or signed off strategy.
- Maintain efficient communiation between PHD and the client
- Coordinate delivery of assets on schedule from client
- Curate social content ready for manager and client reviews/approvals
- Copywriting - develop creative copy as per scope and in accordance to client tone of voice
- Community management - be able to proactively and reactively manage client social communities
- Management of influencer campaigns and coordination of influencer content
- Social listening
- Campaign and project reporting
- Educating clients on all aspects of social

About your skills and experience
- 1 - 2 years of relevant media experience
- You are a people person that is confident in presenting and builds strong relationships with those around them
- Competent planning, scheduling, understands basic social concepts/principles
- You have creative copywriting skills and really across culture and what is happening on social
- Basic understanding of paid social media
- You have strong project management skills and consider yourself a team player
- You demonstrate a growth mindset and aim for continuous improvement
