Key Responsibilities
* Run Your Own Business: Take charge of your career by operating your own Personal Training business within the Revo Fitness community.
* Member Experience: Guide and educate members on health and fitness principles, helping them achieve their personal goals.
* Safe, High-Quality Sessions: Deliver engaging and safe fitness sessions, ensuring clients receive the highest standard of training.
* Build Community: Foster a positive, thriving community within Revo Fitness by engaging with members and promoting a welcoming atmosphere.
* Collaborative Teamwork: Work closely with other trainers, sharing knowledge, strategies, and resources to ensure everyone's success.
Essential Skills and Experience:
* Certificate IV in Fitness (or equivalent tertiary qualification).
* Must maintain valid First Aid & CPR Certification.
* Must maintain valid Insurance for your business.
* Passion for Health and Fitness: A genuine desire to help others and make a positive impact on their lives.
* Self-Motivation: Strong work ethic, with the drive to grow and succeed independently.
* Brand Alignment: A commitment to upholding the values and standards of Revo Fitness.
