Registered Nurse

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, person-centred care in line with clinical standards and care plans
- Conduct assessments, plan and evaluate care, and monitor residents’ wellbeing
- Safely administer medications and maintain accurate documentation
- Provide leadership and guidance to care staff, fostering best practice
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the multidisciplinary team
- Ensure compliance with aged care quality standards and infection control procedures
- Support residents with end-of-life care delivered with compassion and dignity
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and quality assurance processes
- Participate in reviews, handovers, and case conferences to ensure seamless care delivery
- Promote a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all
Key Requirements / Skills:
- Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse (required)
- 2+ years of aged care RN experience in Australia(required)
- Strong clinical assessment, decision-making, and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a team focus
- Knowledge of aged care standards, medication administration, and infection control
- Compassionate, patient-focused, and respectful of resident dignity
