What will you be doing?
* Supporting national and state-based clients with claims consulting, Return to Work and injury management
* Partnering with clients to offer effective outsourced Return to Work support services, advice and technical expertise
* Act as a subject matter expert for workers compensation and injury management for Lockton associates and our strategic partners
* Managing a portfolio of workers compensation clients
* Actively working with internal and external stakeholders on growth opportunities
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Drive, passion and a desire to make a difference
* To be able to think creatively and challenge the status quo
* Ability to work under pressure and multi-task
* Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
You will need the following experience and qualifications:
* At least 5 years of technical and/or Allied Health experience in workers compensation
* Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel for reporting
