The Role Translate complex business data into clear, actionable insights that drive strategic decisions. Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports to support various business units. Work closely with stakeholders across sales, operations, and finance to understand data needs. Analyse trends, performance metrics, and customer behaviour to identify opportunities for improvement. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reporting systems. Support the development of data models and contribute to ongoing BI platform enhancements. Present findings in a clear and engaging way to both technical and non-technical audiences. About You Proven experience in a Business Intelligence, Data Analyst, or similar role Strong proficiency in BI tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau) and SQL Ability to translate data into meaningful business insights and recommendations Comfortable working with large datasets and complex data structures Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders High attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset Experience within financial services or brokerage environments is highly regarded This is a hybrid position.
