Your key responsibilities will include developing and implementing an overall cybersecurity strategy, framework, and procedures to ensure the effective protection of our digital assets. You will work closely with risk and infrastructure teams to integrate security policies and procedures into the overall IT security roadmap and collaborate on the creation of a robust security risk framework.

As Cyber Security Manager, you will be responsible for reviewing and enhancing disaster recovery plans, identifying and implementing key security initiatives, and overseeing comprehensive risk management for cybersecurity. You will also ensure that all current cybersecurity processes and documentation are regularly updated.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong technical knowledge of security principles, including legislative and industry practices, as well as sound knowledge of all areas of IT infrastructure. You must also be able to effectively manage direct and indirect team members, prioritize tasks, and achieve objectives.

We are looking for someone with a minimum of 5 years of cybersecurity management experience, 8 years of IT infrastructure technical experience, and a degree or master's in cybersecurity. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, along with effective verbal and written communication skills, are essential for this role.
