You'll help patients understand their options, navigate financials, and feel supported every step of the way. You’ll also play a strategic role in marketing, helping to shape how we engage our community through social media and campaigns.This is the perfect role for someone with a dental industry background, customer service, sales, or healthcare background who's ready to step into a more rewarding and patient care driven career—with full training and support provided.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild strong, trusting relationships with patientsPresent and “close” dental treatment plans with clarity and empathyCoordinate appointments and ensure smooth schedulingSupport patients through financial arrangements and insurance queriesCollaborate with the clinical team to deliver a seamless patient experienceSchedule and coordinate General Anaesthesia and IV sedation appointmentsManage social media channels and contribute to content strategyCollaborate with marketing team on marketing campaigns to enhance patient engagement and referralsContribute innovative ideas and strategies to improve productivity and efficiency within your role and the practiceIdeal Candidate ProfileWe welcome individuals who bring emotional intelligence, professionalism, and a drive to make a difference in people’s lives.
