We're currently expanding our team and are looking for caring, reliable, and compassionate Community Support Workers to support clients in the Perth southern suburbs covering Fremantle, Melville, Hamilton Hill, Cockburn and surrounds.
About Us
Comfort Keepers South is a privately owned, client-focused aged care provider. We specialise in in-home support, helping people maintain dignity, independence, and connection in their local communities.
Our service area spans south of the river, including High Wycombe, Belmont, Armadale, Cannington, Fremantle, Cockburn, Rockingham, Kwinana, and Singleton.
Although our office is based in Applecross, you'll be working locally with clients in your own community.
About the Role
As a Community Support Worker, you'll provide essential care and companionship to older people living at home. Your day may include:
* Personal care (showering, dressing, toileting, continence support)
* Meal preparation and assistance
* Grocery shopping and errands
* Transport to appointments and community activities
* Domestic support (cleaning, laundry)
* Social support and respite care
* Medication prompts

About You
We're looking for individuals who are empathetic, dependable, and genuinely enjoy helping others. You'll have:
* Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing, Disability, or Home & Community)
* Experience in community or aged care support
* Current National Police Check (less than 3 months old)
* Current First Aid & CPR certificates
* WA driver's licence (or valid international licence)
* Reliable, insured vehicle
* Smartphone for work purposes
* Availability for consistent shifts
* Proof of influenza vaccination
